What Judges are looking for?

Judges will be looking for submissions that clearly demonstrate:

Strong collaboration and a genuine team approach between the member and organiser

A shared vision and open, effective communication

Challenges overcome together and how they were handled

Measurable outcomes that show the success of the collaboration (e.g. efficiency, innovation, sustainability, audience engagement)

Testimonials or endorsements from the organiser highlighting the value of the partnership

Entry Requirements

A written submission (maximum 1000 words) detailing:

The results and benefits of the collaboration

Specific roles and contributions of both parties

The background of the collaboration

Key objectives and how they were met

Any challenges faced and how they were overcome

Supporting evidence (optional but encouraged): images, videos, case studies, or quotes from the organiser

Contact details for the collaborating organiser for reference purposes
