3rd of December - Warwick Conferences

The ESSA Conference, Dinner & Awards returns on Thursday 3 December 2026 at Warwick Conferences, The Slate.
This year, we're asking a bigger question: how do we keep raising standards across the events industry - not just on paper, but in the way we actually work?
Across the day we'll explore safety, wellbeing, behaviour, accountability and what happens when standards are really put to the test.
Then, in the evening, we'll celebrate the people, businesses and projects helping move our industry forward at the ESSA Dinner & Awards.
Our Chair this year, Chloe is a Fellow Safety & Health Practitioner, and accredited IOSH trainer.
After graduating in psychology, Chloe began her career in events working with some the largest UK exhibition organisers, gaining operational experience both in the UK and overseas. Drawing on both her academic expertise and over 15 years industry experience, Chloe completed a Masters in Behaviour Change with a focus on event contractor work behaviour during build-up and breakdown.
With a passion for driving best practice within the ever changing events industry, Chloe recently undertook an advanced diploma in counter terrorism risk management. Ultimately, Chloe aims to implement initiatives to make the events industry a healthier, safer, securer and happier place for all.
