Your entry should contain no more than 1000 words in total.

You may upload a maximum of 5 files to support your entry.

The awards are open to ESSA members only

What is the entry criteria?

Do you know of an organiser company that deserves recognition for its exceptional leadership, collaboration with trusted partners, innovation, communication, and contribution to the recovery and resurgence of the industry? This award aims to honour organizers who have made a significant impact over the past 12 months. The nominations and voting process will be conducted by ESSA Members.

What are the judges looking for?

The Best Venue and Best Organiser Awards will be determined through a voting process involving ESSA Membership. The judges are seeking the input of ESSA Members to select the winners in these categories.

To maximize your chances of winning, encourage ESSA Members to vote for your company by showcasing your leadership, collaborative approach with the supply chain, innovation, and effective communication throughout the past year. Highlight how your efforts have contributed to the recovery and revival of the industry, demonstrating why you deserve recognition as the best organiser.

Please rank your top 3 organiser for 2025? The award is to recognise the accomplishment of a UK or overseas venue who you believe has shown leadership, introduced innovative and effective ways of working, worked with its trusted partners throughout and communicated and helped bring about the recovery and return of the industry over the past 12 months.
